After scheduling , you will receive an email with the Zoom link for the upcoming session. On the day of the session, we will meet on Zoom where you can discuss your current emotional and physical issues. After that, we log off zoom and the session is conducted. During that time, you can either relax or carry on with your day as you see fit. It is unadvisable to drive at this time.
After your session has been completed, you will receive a text and a link to reconnect online to answer any questions and complete the session.
